Meet Chef Pichakron

Chef Tida Pichakron left corporate America for the kitchen, trading boring PowerPoint presentations for the rigorous life of an aspiring baker at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, CA. She completed her training in 2007, and returned to Dallas to work at the Adolphus Hotel’s French Room. This launched Tida’s career, taking her to Las Vegas to join the opening team at the new Mandarin Oriental Hotel at City Center. After more than 3 years in Las Vegas perfecting her skills and palate, she is thrilled to be back home sharing her passion for amazing desserts and making people happy.
