Sea Breeze is family owned and Dallas loved! Founders Rick and Ryan Oruch (father and son) are ready to take the Lobsta & Chowda House to new heights. With an award-winning New England menu, you won't have to 'pahk ya cah in Hahvahd Yahd' to enjoy! The Clam Chowder is made from scratch fresh daily, and the bread rolls come from an amazing bakery in Massachusetts. If we told you which, we'd have to kill ya.

Chef Rick and Ryan Oruch

Father and son duo Rick and Ryan Oruch brought the success of their Sea Breeze location to the Lobsta & Chowda House at Legacy Hall. The New England style concept owes much of its success to their connections with East coast seafood suppliers–ensuring only the highest quality and freshest ingredients are enjoyed. Since joining the seafood industry in 1988, Rick has focused on creating an environment that celebrates fresh fish. His experience at both Central Market and Whole Foods led him to fulfilling a lifelong dream — opening a family-run restaurant. Ryan began working at Sea Breeze in high school and became the General Manager in 2016. Ryan has helped Sea Breeze sail to new heights with its expansion of Seabreeze Lobsta & Chowda House at Legacy Hall.
