Joshua Degenhardt, a German-born second-generation sausage-maker, has expertly crafted the perfect brat. Armed with over 30 years of secret family recipes, the Degenhardt’s brats are the real deal. Made by hand, minus any scheisse (pardon, our German), these wursts are gluten, soy and dairy-free. They also have zip … ZERO … zilch nitrates, preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Joshua Degenhardt has taken his family’s classic German recipes, perfected by past generations, and is now proudly sharing them with y’all, his DFW family! He is giving his classic German brats a 21st-century update by committing to gluten, dairy, and soy-free recipes and even creating a vegan brat. Along with his wife Kristin and their children, he intends to continue sharing authentic German recipes for generations.
