CHEF KESHAB
Chef Keshab C. Sharma attended Americanos College in 2002 in Cyprus, Europe, where he apprenticed at a variety of restaurants and hotels. His passion for food comes from art and science, believing that food is an art with endless possibilities and knowing that science is the secret ingredient when it comes to creating new recipes. When he’s not making warm naan wraps, he loves to cook his own masala and vindaloo sauce, plus his favorite kababs. In 2004, Chef Keshab received the first place for Best Ethnic Presentation in the Certificate of Merit, and in 2005 he won another first place in Americanos College Gastronomia Grand Prix. Cooking at Blist’r for two years now, he loves to play around with ingredients and create artistic masterpieces out of different spices to make the food full of flavor, while also being good for you.
